If you want to pay directly through PayPal, you can make the payment to the zapiva@zapiva.com account with a dollar payment of $29 or the equivalent amount in Israeli Shekels. It should be remembered that you must enter your email in the form so we can send you the book, which is only available in an electronic edition. If you want to pay with a credit or debit card, fill in the rest of the card details in the form below. All details are encrypted so there is no fear of theft of the information. If you pay with a credit or debit card, remember that the address on the form and the name of the card holder must match the address of the card as it appears in the bank account. This means that you cannot use someone else's card as it will not work.

You may place your order for up to 3 copies, directly via your PayPal account and if you do not have a PayPal acocunt you may pay by a credit or debit card, through the PayPal service.
